Issues are composed by complex elements which are inserted in space and time. Its relationship is intricate and has a dynamic that gets nocuous effects in the emotional state. The only efficient way to interact with them is dealing by using the rationality, for this reason the mental and physical aspects are so important. 

The mental aspect always gets more attention than the physical aspect does when we solve matters. There are many methods, techniques and recommendations to solve problems. We can presume that the answer to the difficulties are mainly a product of the mental processes and that is the reason for them to be understood and interpreted.

Nevertheless, when we don´t include the physical aspect in the same way as the mental one, we forget that the human being is a mixture between the physical and the mental issues.

These two dimensions are conditioned mutually and cannot be split. Mental health not only depends of physical wellness. The mental aspect depends of the physical one due to is very determinant. There less cases in which they get a strong mental level that determines the physical state better than those cases where physical aspects affect the mental aspect.

On the other hand, physical conditions cannot be understood only from the illness ambit. In the same way that the understanding of mental conditions does not move in the mental health existence. This approaching’s don´t help us in the analysis.

Physical conditions are related to extenuation in the human body.

The mind needs some conditions to unwind properly.

The environment in which the mind processes are develop is important to get results, and if these processes are linked with an issue solution and not only in a creative activity (even though the creativity involves a problem resolution).

To understand this, we just need imagine situations like these: which level of productivity in an issue evaluation can be achieved by someone who is taking care a group of children in a kinder garden? Or how focused is a pilot in a plane during a 200 passengers flight?

Physical conditions that are related to the environment don’t allow to have a good focus for deal with a problem.

On the other hand, how efficient can be these same people after of finished their jobs? There is one wear factor that influences as well. The physical aspect conditioned the mental aspect!
The mental effort to manage the issues is used in two steps:

1.    Problem analysis
2.    Identify solutions

The factors which make a problem needs a deep treatment, this mean focus.
The solution, moreover, result from the skill of synthesize and conciliate connections among different aspects. To do this is necessary to have lucidity and inspiration.

The milieu in which the person is and the level of fatigue that someone is feeling allows us to determine the focus. The degree of relaxation and tranquility, both define the ability to connect all elements and to achieve answers. 

The focus is reached by working on the problem with concentrated energy. Many times, the synthesis that leads to the solution is simply reached by "moving away" from the problem. To focus, the physical environment in which the work is done is very important indeed, in fact, but it is equally significant that the body is well rested and well prepared.

If these aspects are not considered, the energy level is not appropriate for the task.

Therefore, it is recommended to analyze the problems independently of another activity and be carried out in environments that encourage contemplation. In the same way it is important to choose "the right moment". Firs, it must not be influenced by other demands and in another hand, it must not produce dissipation. The greater the difficulty, the more necessary the recommendation.

Everyone knows their appropriate "places and moments" to focus on the analysis of a problem.
It is beneficial to consider that these moments and places are external to daily routine and responsibility. There are some people who prefer to be in a garden under the light of the lamps and another prefer to be sitting down in the stands of a stadium that is full of people.

Fatigue is a poor counselor.

The more one thinks that the interaction with the problems refers to the intense profession, the greater the possibility of the mistake and the inefficiency. Fatigue goes hand in hand with the problem, and at the same time it taps into it.

Problems are best be addressed if the body rested.

On the other hand, the ability to synthesize the connection between all the variables that exist both in the problem and its solution are strengthened better when the person is not be thinking too much about the dilemma as such.

The probabilities of those “Eureka” moments to appear are more frequent when it is outside the analysis of the problematic one. When the mind is not focused on the subject in question and is more lucid. As the well-known anecdote of Archimedes goes, which let us tot understands the displacement of the volume of water while it is in a bathtub or as also mentioned in the principle of "hydrostatic thrust". Or Einstein's afternoon naps.

The pressure that brings difficulties is not the most propitious to "combine" reflections in new and diverse ways, which in fact composes creativity.

In a rested body the brain is activated in order to clarify and "reinitiate" thus forming both new connections and associations. Reaching in this way the level of creativity that is needed to find solutions.

These "answers" arrive suddenly and seldom meet the desired expectations of the search. Moreover, precisely the wrong "programming" of this search leads to the solution being distanced from the problem. 

It usually happens that a saturated mind ends up finding an additional problem instead of a solution for these. Because that is exactly what the "analysis" does: since in the analysis it is distinguished and the parts of a whole are separated until they come to know their principles, their elements.

Usually the solution is simple, however, and in a curious way it is simpler, when the problem is more complex.

This aspect makes things more difficult to understand, which is obscured by the mental pressure of endless analysis and by lack of calm.

When the body rests, the brain also rests ... hence the brain does its job.

People who perform tasks in which they must interact permanently with conflicts, these people should manage the breaks well. 

For your purpose to be effective, these cannot be extended for long periods of time. The dichotomy between Active and Inactive states must be respected. 

When the body and the brain are "active", everything that this situation requires is justifiable (the environment in which it is done helps a lot, in all possible ways). But when you go to the "inactive" state you must stop doing everything with the same seriousness but with the considerations in this state.

It is usual that the pause occurs in physical terms but does not always involve the mental aspect. For this reason, the problems accompany the people where they are affecting their quality of life. 
The difficulty of respecting the state of "inactivity" is explained by the mistaken perception of "urgency". When a problem is interpreted as "serious", this is understood as imperative, but they do not understand that "inactivity" can show an effective way to the solution. On the contrary, "inactivity" is associated with carelessness and irresponsibility. This is because of the lack of knowledge of the working mechanics of the brain. Because he precisely "begins" his work when people say that their work has been done.

If a problem needs to be solved, the pause in the usual tasks must be carried out with rigor. A complete pause involves body and mind. This is the signal that says to the brain: "it's time to work” ...

The explanation of most unresolved problems is in the administration of environments, recesses and pauses in the reflective approach.

This management is not simple, as by making an analogy with the situation of a soldier performing his tasks feeling afraid of the roar of projectiles. Not only skill, but also character is required.
If a problem is not solved this overwhelms, confuses, angers anxiety, so when you want to schedule breaks, recesses, abstractions and breaks this cannot easily be done. It requires courage, self-confidence and knowledge of the dynamics that support conflicts. Everybody calls this acting with a "Clear head", for those who know the subject, this is about "solving problems as it should".

Winston Churchill was one of the people who had the most problems to face and solve, to assign morning work from his bed and having a good breakfast. That was the physical environment that favored him and the rest he privileged. It is possible that Churchill's genius is in debate but not his character and mastery of the methods of government. On the other hand, Napoleon recognized as a genius, used to take small breaks on the back of his horse and from this rest his decisions emerged. To Churchill his method helped him in the ultimate attainment of successful results, and to Napoleon being a genius could not prevent his final defeat.

Problem solving has nothing to do with being a genius, but everything has to do with knowledge, method and discipline.

All this is not a call to laxity. This is just a consideration that goes out of context.
Lax people are not only unable to face problems effectively but are themselves a problem in fact.
These orientations are directed to the persistent person, to the impenitent traveler on the paths that lead to victory. That man who is tired who is eager to continue in the midst of hard struggle against adversity.

This is for these people, they are the recipients of the key principle that exists to solve the biggest problems: stop, to move forward.

¡Descanse y Avance! Así se resuelven los Problemas

Los Problemas están compuestos por complejos elementos insertos en el espacio y el tiempo. Sus relaciones causales son intrincadas y su dinámica alcanza efectos nocivos en el estado emocional de las personas. Y dado que la única forma eficiente de interactuar con ellos radica en abordarlos desde la racionalidad, el estado mental y físico de las personas es muy importante.
El aspecto mental se trata siempre con mayor atención que la dimensión física cuando se hace referencia a Problemas. Son extensos los métodos, técnicas y recomendaciones. Se presume que la respuesta a las dificultades es principalmente producto de procesos mentales y por ello se enfatiza aquello que ayude a entenderlos e interpretarlos.
Sin embargo, al no abordarse el factor físico con la misma atención se  ignora que el hombre es una entidad física y mental indivisible.
Las dos dimensiones se condicionan mutuamente y no pueden entenderse por separado. La salud mental no solo depende del bienestar físico, es por sobretodo un producto de éste. En realidad la dependencia del estado mental con respecto al físico es más determinante que la relación inversa. Son menores los casos de quienes alcanzan un nivel de fortaleza mental que condiciona el estado físico que aquellos que tienen su rendimiento mental afectado por condiciones físicas.
Ahora bien, las condiciones físicas no deben ser entendidas solamente desde el ámbito de la enfermedad. De la misma forma que el entendimiento de las condiciones mentales no transita por la existencia de salud mental. Estas aproximaciones no ayudan en el análisis.
Las condiciones físicas están asociadas al agotamiento y estado del cuerpo en general.

La mente precisa ciertas condiciones para desenvolverse apropiadamente.

El medio ambiente en el que se llevan a cabo los procesos mentales es importante para los resultados. Mucho más si estos se encuentran vinculados a la solución de un problema y no solo al ejercicio creativo (aunque la propia creatividad esté relacionada con la resolución de problemas).
Para entender esto basta imaginarse situaciones como las siguientes: ¿qué nivel de productividad en la evaluación de un problema puede alcanzar quién se encuentra al cuidado de un grupo de niños en un jardín de infantes? O ¿qué nivel de enfoque alcanza el piloto de un avión (dígase para resolver un problema financiero personal, por ejemplo), mientras comanda su nave con 200 pasajeros?

Las condiciones físicas relacionadas con el ambiente privan de enfoque para el abordaje de un problema.

Por otra parte, ¿qué tan eficientes pueden ser estas mismas personas inmediatamente después de concluir sus labores? Hay un factor de desgaste que también influye. ¡Lo físico condiciona lo mental!
El esfuerzo mental para abordar los problemas se aplica en dos etapas distintas:
  1. Análisis del Problema.
  2. Identificación de Soluciones.
Los factores que hacen a un problema ameritan tratamiento profundo e individualizado. Esto demanda enfoque.
La solución por otra parte, emerge de la habilidad de sintetizar y conciliar conexiones entre aspectos que parecen dispares entre sí. Y para ello hace falta lucidez e inspiración.

El ambiente en el que la persona se encuentre y el nivel de fatiga que tenga, determinan el enfoque. El grado de distensión y tranquilidad definen la capacidad de conectar todos los elementos y alcanzar respuestas.

El enfoque se alcanza trabajando sobre el problema con energía concentrada. La síntesis que lleva a la solución se alcanza, muchas veces, “alejándose” de la problemática.
Para enfocarse, el medio ambiente físico en el que se efectúe el trabajo importa, y mucho, pero es de igual significancia un cuerpo descansado y bien dispuesto.
Si esto no existe, el nivel de energía no es apropiado para la tarea.
Por eso es recomendable analizar los problemas independientemente de otra actividad y en ambientes que propicien la contemplación. De igual forma es importante elegir “el momento”. Uno que no esté influido por otras demandas y que no produzca disipación. En tanto mayor la dificultad, más necesaria la recomendación.
Cada quien conoce “lugares y momentos” apropiados para enfocarse en el análisis de un problema.
Favorece que estos momentos y lugares sean ajenos a la rutina y responsabilidad cotidiana. Existirá quien prefiera un jardín a la luz de las lámparas y otro las graderías de un estadio lleno de gente.

La fatiga no es buena consejera.

Mientras más se piense que la interacción con los problemas responde al oficio intenso, mayor es la posibilidad de equívoco e ineficiencia. La fatiga es aliada íntima de la problemática, se nutre de aquella.

Los problemas deben abordarse con el cuerpo descansado.

Por otra parte, la habilidad de sintetizar la conexión entre todas las variables de un problema y su solución, se fortalece cuando la persona no está pendiente del dilema.
Las probabilidades de esos momentos de “Eureka” aumentan fuera del análisis de la problemática. Cuando la mente no está concentrada en el tema y se encuentra más lúcida. Es conocida la anécdota de Arquímedes que entiende el desplazamiento del volumen de agua mientras se encuentra en una bañera y establece el principio del “empuje hidrostático”. O las siestas vespertinas de Einstein.
La presión que imponen las dificultades no es propicia para “combinar” reflexiones en nuevas y diversas formas, lo que de hecho compone la creatividad.

En un cuerpo descansado el cerebro se activa para esclarecerse y se “reinicia” formando nuevas conexiones y asociaciones. Alcanzando así el nivel de creatividad que hace falta para encontrar soluciones.

Estas “respuestas” llegan de forma repentina y pocas veces se ajustan a las expectativas de la búsqueda. Es más, precisamente la “programación” equivocada de ésa búsqueda es causa que la solución se distancie del problema.
Es usual  que una mente saturada termine por encontrar un problema adicional para cada solución. Porque precisamente eso efectúa el “análisis”: distingue y separa las partes de un todo hasta llegar a conocer sus principios, sus elementos.

La solución es habitualmente simple. Y curiosamente más simple mientras más complejo es el propio problema.

Esta sencillez se oscurece por la presión mental del análisis interminable y la falta de sosiego.

Cuando el cuerpo descansa, el cerebro descansa… y hace su trabajo.

Las personas que desempeñan oficios en los que se interactúa de forma permanente con conflictos deben administrar bien las pausas.
Para que el enfoque sea efectivo no puede prolongarse por periodos largos de tiempo. La dicotomía de los estados Activo e Inactivo tiene que respetarse.
Cuando el cuerpo y el cerebro estén “activos”, todo empeño se justifica (el ambiente en el que se lo haga ayuda mucho, de todas formas). Pero cuando se pase al estado “inactivo” debe pararse todo con el mismo empeño.
Es habitual que la pausa se produzca en términos físicos pero no siempre involucre la parte mental. Por ello los problemas acompañan a las personas donde van y afectan su calidad de vida.
La dificultad de respetar el estado de “inactividad” está explicada por la percepción equivocada de “lo urgente”. Cuando se interpreta un problema como “grave” las personas lo entienden como imperativo y no asimilan que la “inactividad” pueda representar camino efectivo para la solución. Por el contrario, se asocia “inactividad” a descuido e irresponsabilidad. Esto es producto del desconocimiento de las mecánicas de trabajo que tiene el cerebro. Porque éste precisamente “comienza” su trabajo cuando las personas dan por concluido el suyo.

Si de problemas se trata, la pausa en las tareas habituales debe efectuarse con rigurosidad. Pausa completa: cuerpo y mente. Esta es la señal que el cerebro toma como “inicio de trabajo”.

La explicación de la mayoría de problemas no resueltos se encuentra en la administración de ambientes, cortes y pausas en el abordaje reflexivo.
Esta gestión no es sencilla, de la misma forma que no es fácil para un soldado cumplir sus tareas haciendo abstracción del estruendo de los proyectiles. No solo se requiere habilidad, también carácter.
En tanto que un problema no está resuelto agobia, confunde, angustia, y en medio de ello programar pausas, cortes, abstracciones y descansos no es fácil. Hace falta temple, confianza en uno mismo y conocimiento de las dinámicas que soportan los conflictos. Mientras que el mundo llama a esto actuar con “cabeza fría”, para el entendido se trata de “resolver problemas como corresponde”.
Winston Churchill, que fue de las personas que más problemas tuvo que enfrentar y resolver, despachaba el trabajo matutino desde su cama y con un buen desayuno. Ése era el entorno físico que lo favorecía y el descanso que privilegiaba. Es posible que la genialidad de Churchill esté en debate pero no su carácter y dominio de los métodos de gobierno. Por otra parte Napoleón, aquel que se reconoce como un genio, tomaba descansos pequeños a la grupa de su caballo y allí emergían sus decisiones. A Churchill su método lo ayudó en la consecución última de resultados exitosos, y a Napoleón el genio no le pudo evitar la derrota final.

La resolución de problemas no tiene nada que ver con el genio y todo con el conocimiento, método y disciplina.

Todo esto no es un llamado a laxitud. Esa es una consideración que sale de contexto.
Personas laxas no solo están inhabilitadas para enfrentar problemas con efectividad, más bien son en sí mismas un problema.
Estas orientaciones están dirigidas al luchador, al viajero impenitente de los caminos que llevan a la victoria. Ése hombre fatigado que se desespera por proseguir en medio de lucha dura contra adversidades.
A él se le hace destinatario de la máxima que existe para resolver los problemas más grandes: detenerse, para avanzar.
